01.Scope of AI & Deterministic Systems
HXLABZ is an independent research lab advancing the frontiers of science and technology. HX AI develops scientific AI systems designed to tackle complex technical problems through reasoning, computation, implementation, and verification.
This document establishes the technical and legal terms governing all artificial intelligence features, model outputs, generative terminal responses, and simulation previews provided through our platforms.
02.Integrated Foundational Model Architecture
Our platform interfaces with state-of-the-art multimodal reasoning models (specifically via the Google GenAI SDK suite, including Gemini Flash and Gemini Pro architectures) through hardened, server-side proxies:
- Server-Side Execution: All model invocations execute on isolated backend nodes. API credentials and model keys are never delivered to or accessible by client browsers.
- Context Scoping: Model interactions receive minimal necessary prompt context strictly required to compute aerodynamic, code-generation, or system routing tasks.
03.Zero Data Training Commitment
MANDATORY COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE:
HXLABZ does NOT utilize user waitlist submissions, inquiry communications, or terminal prompt payloads to train public or proprietary foundation models. Data submitted through our web portal remains unmonetized and isolated from AI model training corpuses.
04.Computational Limitations & Engineering Disclaimers
Users must acknowledge the fundamental technical boundary between interactive web-based physics approximations and certified production engineering solvers:
- Approximation in Web Previews: Real-time CFD simulations and particle mesh visualizations rendered in your browser utilize discretized Navier-Stokes approximations optimized for 60fps interactive rendering. They do not replace formal wind-tunnel calibration or certified finite-element analysis (FEA).
- Probabilistic Nature: Generative AI text and architecture suggestions are probabilistic by nature and may contain inaccuracies ("hallucinations").
05.Human Oversight & Engineering Verification
Any structural, aerodynamic, mechanical, or cryptographic code generated through our AI or terminal tools MUST undergo qualified human engineering peer review before implementation in life-critical, industrial, aerospace, or safety-critical production deployments.
06.Prohibited AI Operations
You agree not to prompt, direct, or coax our AI models to:
- Generate malicious exploit vectors, polymorphic payloads, or cyberweapon code.
- Facilitate the unauthorized reverse-engineering of third-party proprietary software.
- Circumvent automated safety filters or model alignment guardrails.
