Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 26, 2024
LAST REVISED: August 26, 2026
STATUS: ACTIVE & AUDITED

01.Purpose & Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the mandatory rules and prohibitions governing all interactions with HXLABZ systems, simulation models, waitlist infrastructure, APIs, and web terminals.

Any breach of this AUP constitutes a material violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate termination of access, deletion of waitlist allocations, and potential referral to legal authorities.

02.Security & Infrastructure Integrity

You shall not under any circumstances:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any HXLabz server, cloud container, network topology, or database without prior express written authorization.
  • Execute denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, buffer overflow exploits, or SYN flooding against our endpoints.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA mechanisms, or IP filters via proxy rotation or distributed bot networks.
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any compiled simulation shaders, WASM binaries, or neural routing algorithms.

03.Automated Scraping & Token Abuse

Regarding our waitlist registry and public verification endpoints, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Systematic enumeration, brute-forcing, or algorithmic generation of 48-character status tokens.
  • Scraping the public roster to harvest sequence numbers or correlate them with external user databases.
  • Submitting bulk automated registrations using disposable email services, catch-all domains, or scripted webdrivers.
  • Selling, renting, or transferring waitlist positions or cryptographic status tokens on secondary marketplaces.

04.Adversarial Prompting & Model Misuse

When interacting with HXLabz computational models or terminal interfaces:

  • Do not submit malicious prompt injection payloads, system instruction override vectors, or jailbreak scripts.
  • Do not generate content that promotes malware creation, weaponized physical systems, or unauthorized access to external networks.
  • Do not use simulation or terminal outputs to train competing proprietary AI models in violation of intellectual property rights.

05.Monitoring, Investigation & Enforcement

HXLabz maintains automated anomaly detection systems that flag abusive patterns in real time. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, freeze related tokens, and disclose technical logs to law enforcement when unlawful activity is identified.

06.Reporting Violations

To report suspected abuse, automated scraping, or unauthorized token trading:
